Fees**

File Set-Up Fee- $100

The file set-up fee is paid to East End Enterprises to help restore your credit scores to acceptable levels. This fee is used for expenses related to setting up your file in the East End system and having your credit file reviewed by one of our experienced credit consultants. Once this fee is paid, our experienced consultants will give you enough information about the process of credit restoration so that you can tackle your own credit restoration if you like ; however, after most phone consultations the majority of our new clients want East End to handle the process for them.

Monthly Service Charge- $35

After agreeing to allow East End to handle your credit restoration, we charge a modest monthly service charge for the work done throughout the month on each account. This work includes negotiating debt settlements as well as disputing and updating credit files with each credit bureau. If no work is done on a file in a given month, for instance, if a client does not have funds in their client holding account to negotiate or settle their next debt to be worked on, then we will not charge a monthly fee for that month.*

*Note: After three consecutive months without any activity by the client in his/her holding account, the account will be closed out for non-activity. A fee of $50 will have to be paid by the client to reactivate a closed account due to non-activity.

Debt Settlement Fee- 10% difference of actual debt balance and the amount East End negotiates as a settlement amount.

Ex.- Suppose a client has a charged-off credit card reporting on their credit report(s) with a $2,000 balance. Our negotiators are able to settle the debt for $1,000. Your settlement fee would be $100 for this debt. ($2,000-$1,000= $1,000×10 % = $100). If no settlement is reached and the entire balance has to paid off, there is no settlement fee charged.

**Monthly service charges and debt settlement fees are deducted from the client’s holding account as work on accounts is completed.

Understanding the Client Escrow Holding Account

Negative debts which can’t be dismissed or deleted off client credit reports must be paid in full or in many cases settled for less the full balance by one of our credit consultants. East End has set up a Client Holding Escrow Account into which clients will deposit funds. This money is used for the paying off and settling of negative accounts which need to be paid. Also monthly service charges, as well as settlement fees, are deducted from this holding account. Accounts for each client are separated by the East End accounting system. Any time a deposit is made by a client, a receipt is generated and emailed or mailed if necessary. A monthly statement is also generated to show all activity of the holding account money for each client. The statement will show the date and the accounts paid-off or settled and any fees for the month.
